Customer Retention Specialist - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview

This is a full-time Customer Retention Specialist career opportunity with Shannon Till State Farm in Winter Garden, FL for someone who wants to grow a lasting career in customer service and insurance. You will receive structured training, ongoing coaching, and a clear path to advance within a supportive office. Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries with accurate, timely information about insurance policies
• Answer questions about policies, bills, and coverage updates and get the details right
• Serve Spanish-, Portuguese-, and English-speaking customers clearly and accurately
• Work through customer problems calmly until they are resolved
• Spot gaps in a customer's coverage when you review their policies
• Check back in with customers to keep them with the agency
• Keep customer files complete and current in the agency system

Qualifications

• Prior insurance experience preferred
• Fluent or proficient in English and either Spanish or Portuguese, preferred
• A patient listener who enjoys solving problems for people
• Careful with details and dependable about seeing tasks through
• Willing to earn the required Property and Casualty license
• Friendly and professional, and puts customers' needs first

Pay range: $19-$25 per hour

This range reflects expected total compensation—including base salary, commissions, and bonuses—when performance goals are met. Base salary varies based on experience and licensing. Commissions are uncapped, and high performers regularly exceed this range.
